Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Who we are

Venus Health, Inc. ("Venus," "we") runs Venus, a care agent for women that works over text message, and the website at trustvenus.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Venus is in an invite-only beta.

We do not sell your information, and we never share your mobile number or text message consent for marketing.

What we collect

What you give us

When you use Venus, only with your permission

Automatically, when you visit our website

Venus never accesses your email inbox, screen, keystrokes or precise location.

How we use it

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Venus sends you messages about your care, your account and your waitlist spot. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, and only to send them.

Who we share it with

What we never do: sell your information, share it with data brokers or advertisers, use it for targeted ads, or let a brand use it to target you.

Health data, AI training and research

Health information you connect or share is yours. We ask for your separate consent before collecting it and again before sharing it with anyone new. Before Venus collects health data from members, we will publish a Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explaining your rights under Washington, Nevada and other state health data laws.

We do not use your information to train AI models unless you opt in to our research program. It is off by default, and you can leave at any time. If you join, we use only de-identified information, and we never sell it.

Cookies

Our website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on the waitlist or a member. When you disconnect an account, we delete what came from it within 30 days. When you close your account or leave the waitlist, we delete your information within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption, to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Venus asks for your approval before it sends, books or calls for you, and it treats instructions hidden inside documents or messages as information, not as requests from you. Patient portal sign-ins go through a credential manager you control, so Venus never sees your password. When Venus can't finish a step on its own, a member of the Venus team may see only the information needed to finish that step, and only after you approve it.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw a consent you gave, by emailing holly@trustvenus.com. We respond within 45 days and never charge you or treat you differently for asking. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

Venus is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and tell you by text or email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
