Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Venus Health, Inc. ("Venus," "we") for the Venus website, waitlist, text messages and service. By joining the waitlist or using Venus, you agree to them and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
The basics
- Who can use Venus. You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. Venus is in an invite-only beta, so features may change or pause.
- Venus is not your doctor. Venus organizes, drafts, books and follows up on your care. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Rely on your own clinicians for medical decisions.
- Venus is not for emergencies. If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911.
- Nothing goes out without your yes. Venus asks before it sends, books, requests or calls for you, and you are responsible for what you approve. Venus never signs, pays or agrees to anything on your behalf.
- Venus calls as your agent. When Venus calls an office for you, it says it is an AI agent acting for you. If a step gets stuck, a member of the Venus team may finish it, only with your approval.
- We don't control your doctors, insurer or pharmacy. We can ask for things on your behalf, but we can't guarantee their answer.
Text messaging terms
Current availability. New SMS enrollment is currently closed. Joining our email waitlist does not subscribe you to SMS.
- Program. Venus text messages from Venus Health, Inc.
- What you'll receive. Messages about enrollment, waitlist and invitation updates, care tasks, approvals, appointment and refill reminders, self-care check-ins, and account support. Venus also replies to the messages you send it.
- How often. Message frequency varies with your care and the tasks you give Venus.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Venus does not charge you per text.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Stopping texts also stops most of the Venus service, since it runs over text.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email holly@trustvenus.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Privacy. We never share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Fees
The waitlist is free. Beta members use Venus free for their first three months. We tell you the price before you are ever charged and at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel at any time.
Your data
Your health information is yours. We never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models unless you opt in to research. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your choices.
Acceptable use
Don't use Venus to impersonate anyone, access records that aren't yours, send anything false or abusive to a provider, insurer or pharmacy, obtain medications you aren't prescribed, or interfere with the service. We may stop a task or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Disclaimers and liability
Venus is provided as is during the beta, and we don't guarantee any outcome, such as an appointment, refill, claim or appeal. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $100. These limits do not apply where the law doesn't allow them.
Changes and ending
We'll tell you at least 30 days before a material change to these Terms. You can close your account or leave the waitlist at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
